Safe protection for dry products

Compared to other opening methods, peel-off ends (POE) fulfill the same barrier properties as conventional easy-open ends (EOE), but are characterized by a high level of user-friendliness and minimize the risk of injury when opening. At the same time, they are a more sustainable alternative to EOEs due to their lower material thickness.

Our product solutions convince with excellent sealing properties on tinplate rings and guarantee hermetic sealing of the filling material. Our product portfolio includes both protective coatings for the outer side of the membrane and heatseal coatings for the inner side of the membrane. All products are BPA-NI and suitable for the production of cans for powdered or dry foods such as milk and coffee powder, pet food or tobacco.

The right product for every lid application

In addition to our protective and heatseal coatings for POE, we also offer coatings for a variety of other lidding applications, including sensitive foods such as dairy products that are demanding in terms of taste, freshness, storage processes and shelf life. These also include spacer coatings that ensure smooth operation in the filling line. Unlike embossing, which can press into the printed image, spacer coatings do not impair it and can even be integrated into the printed image.
