Artística water-based sealants for industrial applications are approved for use with a wide range of technical filling goods. They demonstrate excellent chemical resistance and good adhesion to conventional internal lacquer systems, laminated tinplate, and uncoated tinplate. Most of our sealants for industrial applications also comply with food contact regulations.

Our water-based sealants for round industrial cans and drums generally have a high solid content and can be applied using a nozzle on a low- or high-speed multi-head liner.

On the other hand, our water-based sealants for non-round industrial cans and drums are applied by die-lining, shower-head, or nozzle lining.

With four different types of sealants for general line cans, three-piece aerosol cans, and drums, we offer something for every application.

ARTÍSTICA LA31 is a sealant for general line cans with round top and bottom ends. It has a high solid content and can be applied to round ends using stationary and multi-head rotary liners. It is also compatible with aerosol cans. The sealant boasts impressive solvent resistance and comes in red or gray.

ARTÍSTICA NR45 is a sealant for general line cans with non-round ends; it is typically applied via die-lining or showerhead. It is solvent-resistant and comes in the color gray.

ARTÍSTICA 15W023 is a sealant for three-piece aerosol cans. It is highly resistant to chemicals, including DEET, and also boasts good solvent resistance. It is compatible with stationary liners and multi-head rotary liners and comes in the color red.

ARTiDRUM is our sealant for pails and drums. It cures in ambient conditions, so it is suitable for use with double or triple seams without the need for a special drying process. It is compatible with central feeding systems that use multiple lines. It also boasts exceptional chemical resistance and is suitable for contact with food products within a limited scope.
